This is the registration site for TREBOW. TREBOW is a new HIPAA-compliant text messaging app that connects you to a Copeland Medical/SmartCare Doctor and care team for private, secure and encrypted texting consultations.

This is an optional service paid for by CCH and is an additional benefit that is part of our commitment to continual investment in tools and resources to enhance our member experience. You have to be a member of CCH and also an established patient at Copeland Medical or SmartCare to qualify for this service.

This service is NOT for emergencies. If you have a clinical emergency, please call 911 or go to the emergency room at a hospital closest to you.
